  • Scaling what works – Innovation-to-Scale with Global Financing Facility (Luc Laviolette, Global Financing Facility) 
  • Reducing trauma and sepsis mortality – Plans for Basic Emergency Care scale-up (Joseph Kalanzi, African Federation for Emergency Medicine and Lee Wallis, WHO)  
  • Funding announcement – New commitments to support scale-up of the Basic Emergency Care program (Tore Laerdal, Laerdal and representative from WHO Foundation)
